Russia & Israel Plan New Pension Reform
Today, on November 28, 2013, Authorized Committees of Russia and Israel agreed to sign an agreement upon the pension reform. Israelis that worked for the benefit of Russian before the collapse of the USSR were promised to pay the required pension.
Pension issues were considered for several days. Israel signed an agreement on pensions must be provided to Israelites under the law, was a great event. On December, 9, 2013, the project will be re-examined by Avigdor Lieberman, the Israeli Foreign Minister. After the draft will be ratified by the Russian State Duma.
Experts believe that the conditions of the program will be realized no earlier than in 2015.
