A moratorium for land allocation has been established in the Crimea
The first vice-premier of the Crimean government Rustam Temirgaliyev has announced at his Facebook page that a moratorium for land allocation and privatization of republican property was established in the Crimea.
According to Temirgaliyev such a decision was made to avoid "chaotic development of the Crimea, including seaside territories".
The moratorium will be in action till approval of the general plan of development of the territory of the Crimean Republic. Development of the important strategic document was commissioned to the specialists of the ministry of regional development and the ministry of construction and communal sector of the Russian Federation together with profile Crimean ministries and authorities.
As Rustam Temirgaliyev mentioned, the concept of development of the territory of Crimea is planned to be developed by April 25, 2014.
