Turchinov and Yatsenyuk will be banned from Crimea

Acting President of Ukraine Alexander Turchinov and the Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk will be banned from entering Crimea, said in an interview to RIA “Novosti” Vladimir Konstantinov, Speaker of the Crimea’s parliament.

According to Vladimir Konstantinov, authorities plan to make a list of individuals who would be persona non-grata for the Crimean autonomy; “those who are associated with abuse of the police and “Berkut” riot police, those who promote Nazi slogans, and those who sympathize with them publicly”.

Answering the question whether Turchinov and Yatsenyuk would be included in this list, Konstantinov said, “They would be, sure. They died for the Crimea after the death of our people, the “Berkut” officers. They will not be let in Crimea.”
