Ukraine will switch back to standard time on October 27
The ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine said that the country would switch back to the standard time.
"Ukraine is going back to standard time. According to the Cabinet of Ministers' decree #509 "On the order of time calculation in the territory of Ukraine" issued on May 13, 1996, on October 27, 2013 at 4 a.m. Kiev time the daylight saving time is cancelled by putting a clock back by one hour," is stated in the message of the ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine.
In September 2011 Verkhovna Rada abolished switching back to standard time, but in less than a month cancelled its own decision.
