Armed people wearing masks tried to capture the building of the District State Administration

Armed people wearing masks tried to capture Solomenskiy District State Administration (RGA).

According to the main directorate of the police of Kiev, the call center of the police of Solomenskiy district administration of the police received the message that unknown people were trying to capture Solomenskiy RGA. The crime scene investigation team set off to the place of the incident.

Having arrived at the place of the incident law enforcement officers stated about 20 unknown people wearing masks were inside of Solomenskiy RGA, they seized the office of the head of RGA. The men refused to introduce themselves.

The head of the RGA was delivered to the hospital at the moment of the call. His deputy was also hospitalized with the diagnosis: "closed craniocerebral injury, brain concussion and soft tissue bruise of the head." The victim explained that, the unknown man hit him on the head with an object that looked like a gun in premises of RGA.

The police officers also found out that the unknown man threatening with the object that looked like a gun took away the government-issue weapon from one of the employees of the directorate of the state security service of Svyatoshino district administration of the main directorate of the Ministry of internal Affairs, who was guarding the building of the RGA.

Materials are registered by Solomenskiy district administration of the police, criminal cases are opened for offenses according to article 125 Intentional slight bodily injury and article 187 Robbery of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Thanks to joint well co-ordinated work of the police officers of the directorate of the criminal investigation of the police of Kiev and the 8th squadron of Afghans of national self-defense, offenders were identified, the government-issue weapon was returned to the officer of the State Security Service.
