Crimean pharmacies fined for bad storage conditions and low quality of medicines
Crimean pharmacies are being fined for bad storage conditions and non-standard quality of medicines, reported a representative of the State Service for Medical Products in Crimea Zeyneb Belyalova during a press conference.
For example, in 2013 the Service inspected 448 premises for trading medicine products, which resulted in 480 orders prohibiting the sale of medications. Furthermore, the Service destroyed over 3,000 packages of substandard products to the value of 63,000 UAH.
In general, 844 medical product points are doing business in Crimea, including 610 pharmacies, 221 pharmacy point and 9 drug stores. 281 company is licensed for wholesale and retail trade of medical products.
