Two central subway stations in Kiev were again closed because of mining
The subway stations Kreshchatik and Maidan Nezalejnosti were again closed due to mining notifications.
The representatives of the subway of the capital informed about the change of schedules of the trains.
For example, due to the threat of explosion the trains will proceed through the stations Maidan Nezalejnosti and Kreshchatik without stops. Herewith, the subway representatives specified that the entrance to and exit from the station Maidan Nezalejnosti was closed from 10:00 a.m. and Kreshchatik from 10:14 a.m.
"Further operation of the subway will depend on the results of the check-up by the law enforcement authorities," the representatives of the subway noted.
Let us remind that on December 9 the exit from and entrance to the stations Maidan Nezalejnosti, Kreshchatik and Teatralnaya were closed. The police looked for the explosive objects. After the check-up, which was done by the police, it turned out that it was a false threat.
The subway station Teatralnaya was checked by the law enforcement officers and continued functioning at 4:00 p.m.
