The Russian communists offered to change the Ambassador of the Russian Federation in Ukraine
The Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Russia Gennady Zyuganov called the work of the Ambassador of Russia in Ukraine Mikhail Zurabov ineffective and proposed changing him to a different person.
"Now this conflict is happening (in Ukraine - ed.), difficult events. Instead of coming here, speaking in public and explaining the position towards the sister country, we do not see, do not hear and do not know," Zyuganov said on December 10 at the meeting of the Russian Parliament.
Zyuganov was ready to propose a candidate, "who was known in Ukraine", but did not name the potential successor of Zurabov.
The Deputy of the State Duma Mikhail Emelianov criticized the work of Zurabov. He believes his work to be a failure because Ukraine came closer to Europe.
