The villages around Dnipropetrovsk swarm with tanks
The military set up a field camp on the border of Dnipropetrovsk and Donetsk regions.
Last time the locals saw the army was 70 years ago, so when recently the machinery drove through the village, they worried. They videoed everything that was going on. At first glance, it is a parade of machinery, but in fact, these are field camps, being set up across the country.
The camp has been set up for over a week, but the soldiers do not say how many personnel and equipment are stationed there. The commander politely declined to comment and advised to address the Ministry of Defence.
At the beginning of the week, acting President Alexander Turchinov signed a Decree on partial mobilization; subsequently, the President’s Decree has been endorsed by Ukrainian parliament.
