New heads of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Security Service of Ukraine in Kharkov were nominated
The new head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) in Kharkov region Anatoliy Dmitriev and the head of the Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in Kharkov region Mikhail Kubritskiy were nominated in Kharkov today.
Anatoliy Dmitriev was appointed the head of the Main Directorate of MVD of Ukraine in Kharkov region on February 26, 2014. Previously Oleg Demchenko occupied this position, he was transferred to the office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Dmitriev Anatoliy Anatolievich was born on July 31, 1968 in the settlement Kolmak (Kolmak district of Kharkov region). He has four diplomas. He was a chairman of the Kolmak District Council and of the Krasnoutsk District State Administration, the head of Kolmakskiy District Directorate of MVD in Kharkov region. He was the deputy of Kharkov Regional Council, the deputy chairman of the permanent commission on legal issues, regulatory policy, the rule of law, public order, and corruption and crime control.
Kubritskiy Mikhail Leonidivich was born on March 11, 1969 in the village Krasnovolitsa of Chudnovskiy district of Zhitomir region. He has two diplomas. In 1995 — 2008 he occupied operations and leading positions in sub-units of regional bodies and of main directorate of SBU. Then he worked in the office of the Main Directorate of the Tax Police of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine. In 2009-2010 he occupied the post of the first deputy chairman and head of the directorate of tax police of the State Tax Administration in Kharkov region.
