Klitchko and Yatsenyuk demanded Yanukovych resignation; Tyagnibok wants Presidential elections in May
Leader of UDAR party Vitali Klitchko initiates adoption of a resolution by the Ukrainian parliament proposing resignation to President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych. According to him, the parliament should adopt a “resolution of the Verkhovna Rada that offers Viktor Yanukovych to resign”, then it will be possible to initiate early Presidential elections.
According to the leader of the Batkivschyna faction Arseniy Yatsenyuk, presidential failure to sign the laws just adopted by the parliament is a basis for his resignation.
Leader of Svoboda party Oleg Tyagnibok proposed to launch an impeachment procedure and to set a new date for the Presidential elections, approximately for May 25.
