Russia buys two-billion-dollars Ukrainian Eurobonds this week
Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov said that the new economic $ 2 billion transfer has been already prepared and will be implemented this week.
«Russia will purchase the Ukrainian Eurobonds at two-billion-dollars price this week,» Siluanov told journalists in Cherepovets.
The the yield of Ukrainian Eurobonds in 2014 after the statements of the Russian President to grant Ukraine a loan of $15 billion decreased 1.8 times. According to the Bloomberg agency, it is 7.93%, and in the end of 2013 it was 14,33% per annum.
Let’s remind, earlier the American company Franklin Templeton bought the fifth of the external debt of Ukraine cost 5 billion dollars.
According to experts, among which the former Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Oleksandr Savchenko, the Ukrainian Eurobonds will allow investors to get a good profit and the probability of default is negligible.
