NATO offers help in writing a new Ukrainian Constitution
When talking to the Speaker of Ukraine’s parliament Volodymyr Rybak, representatives of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly offered their help in writing a new Constitution of Ukraine, informs the press service of the parliament.
The NATO PA considers constitutional change a crucial prerequisite of getting out of the political crisis.
Also, members of the delegation said they may join the conflict resolution process. In response, head of the parliament said that Ukraine has all chances to find understanding within the country.
“We must do everything in such a way as not to spill a drop of blood, to peacefully negotiate,” said Rybak.
According to the Speaker, it is necessary to work towards establishing a non-political government, the one that will make its paramount task finding the solution to economic problems.
