The schoolboy, who shot the teacher and the police officer in Moscow, was issued an indictment
The main investigations directorate of the Investigation prosecution of Russia brought an accusation against a schoolboy, who in the beginning of January during the lesson shot the teacher and the police officer with a rifle of his father, and took hostages several dozens of students.
"The main investigations directorate of the Investigation committee of Russia brought an accusation against the student of the school №263. He is accused of committing the crimes provided by clauses "а" "b", "k", part 2 of the article 105, by the clause 3 of the article 30 and by clauses "а" and "b", part 2 of the article 105, by part 4 of the article 206 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two persons; murder, committed in connection with fulfillment of a person of his/her professional activity; attempted murder; taking hostages), " is stated in the message of the official representative of the Investigation committee of Russian federation Vladimir Markin.
The accused is assigned to pass the court integrated psycho-psychiatric expertise. Investigative actions, aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the offense, are being held.
Herewith, according to article 88 of the Criminal Code, minors, who committed gravest crimes in the age under 16, are punished with deprivation of liberty for a term not more than ten years, which shall be served in educational colonies.
As was previously reported, on February 3, 2014 the senior high school student of the school 263 came to school with a rifle. There he captured and held hostages students of the 10th A class and made shots in the teacher of geography Andrei Kirillov (born in 1984). The teacher died at the place of the incident. The police came after the call of the school security officer. When the police entered the school, the teenager opened fire into their direction and wounded a staff sergeant Vladimir Krokhin and shot dead the warrant officer Sergey Bushuev.
