Ukrainian parliament off until next week
The Ukrainian parliament registered not a single bill for constitutional reform, said the Speaker Volodymyr Rybak during the session.
The Speaker proposed the creation of a temporary committee to draft amendments to the Constitution, but as he puts it, “three fractions do not give their representatives to the commission and insist that they can prepare independently the consensus document on changes to the Constitution. It will take a few days.”
Earlier, the parliament adopted a schedule for the fourth session of the seventh convocation
Rybak did not rule out an extraordinary session of parliament: “Maybe on Tuesday or Wednesday we will have to study it at extraordinary session of the Ukrainian parliament.”
After that, the head of parliament adjourned the session and announced that there will be no evening session.
