EU is not ready to offer Ukraine a lump sum
Said Prime Minister of Poland Donald Tusk on a press conference.
“There’s no point in expecting that Europe prepared some sort of great resources for Ukraine,” quotes the Polish PM Russia’s news agency ITAR-TASS. However, he said, for Kiev it is not the key issue at the moment.
“The main thing is for both the authorities and the opposition to realize that the growing conflict and anarchy in political life greatly complicate provision of reasonable and effective assistance,” said Tusk.
Polish PM said he would hold a video conference with the three leaders of the Ukrainian opposition to inform them about the talks he had held recently with colleagues in Europe.
According to Tusk, “the next few days could be a turning point”.
