The Ministry of Justice stated that the laws dated January 16 expired
According to the press-service of the Ministry of Justice, the laws, adopted by Verkhovna Rada on January 16, 2014, expired on February 2, 2014.
"Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the laws of Ukraine on January 16, 2014 No. 721-VII, No. 722-VII, No. 723-VII, No. 724-VII, No. 725-VII, No. 726-VII, No. 727-VII, No. 728-VII, No. 729-VII. These laws were included in the General State Register of the Normative Legal Documents. On January 28, 2014 Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 732 - VII, About recognition of expiration of some of the laws of Ukraine, according to which the mentioned above 9 laws were recognized as expired," the Ministry of Justice noted.
The Ministry emphasized that the law came into force on February 2, 2014. "On the day of its official publication (February 1, 2014) the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine enlisted the law in the General State Register of the Normative Legal Documents; the law was given the registration code 71384 / 2014," the Ministry reported.
Thus, on February 2, 2014 the laws adopted by Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on January 16, 2014 expired and in accordance with this date previous revision of the provisions of the codes and laws, which were previously amended, was restored.
