Kharkov Regional State Administration prepared a notice about the harm from seizure of administrative buildings
Seizure of the administrative buildings, premises of the authorities and hampering of normal work of the authorities and administrative and territorial units as a whole may have a negative effect on the lives of the citizens. On February 5 the notice, explaining that such actions hamper adoption and implementation of the programs of social and economic development and attraction of foreign investments to the country’s economy, was posted on the web site of Kharkov Regional State Administration.
For example, the fact that the local budgets for 2014 are not adopted may result in the situation when the wages to the civil servants and electricity bills are not paid and schools, hospitals and kindergartens do not receive their funding. It may also cause problems with heat, water and gas supply. And in case of a natural disaster or a catastrophe it will be impossible to take the necessary measures to save the lives of people and ensure public order.
