Financial assistance is useless for Ukraine
Such an opinion was expressed by the Prime Minister of Finland Jyrki Katainen after the meeting with his Polish colleague Donald Tusk.
"Now financial support will not help Ukraine. It would be better, for example, to provide it with humanitarian assistance or consultations for building up a more efficient management system," ITAR-TASS cites Katainen.
According to him, financial assistance may be needed after the situation stabilizes and the International Monetary Fund may provide Kiev with such assistance.
Previously it became known that the USA was holding consultations with the European Union about granting financial and economic assistance to Ukraine, but no decisions were made on this matter.
