The President signed the law about amnesty and cancellation of the laws dated January 16
The press-service of the head of the sate informed that the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych signed a number of documents, including the law about amnesty, as well as cancellation of the laws, adopted on January 16.
In particular, the President signed: the law No. 732-VII, "About the recognition of cancellation of some of the laws of Ukraine";
No.733-VII, "About the amendment of the Law of Ukraine "About free legal help" about the postponement of coming into force of provisions of paragraph 6 of section VI, "Final and Transitional provisions";
No.734-VII, "About the amendments of the article 297 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the liability for defilement or destruction of monuments, constructed to commemorate the memory of those who fought against Nazism in the years of the Second World War: Soviet soldiers-liberators, participants of guerrilla movement, members of the underground organizations, victims of Nazi persecution, as well as soldiers-internationalists and peacemakers";
No.735-VII, "About the amendment of the Criminal Code of Ukraine about the liability for the denial or justification of the crimes of fascism";
No.736-VII, "About amendment of the article 197 of the Tax Code of Ukraine about the exemption from the added value tax of the operations connected with the import of natural gas to the customs territory of Ukraine";
No.737-VII, "About the elimination of negative effects and non-admission of prosecution and punishment of persons in connection with the events that took place during the peaceful gatherings.
