Russian Cossacks are ready to stand to arms for Ukraine
Some of the Russian Cossacks are ready to help Ukraine not in word but in deed. Victor Vodolatsky, Supreme Ataman of the Union of Cossack troops of Russia and Abroad, said that the Cossacks can send to the neighboring country at least 30,000 people.
“Today, according to the State Register of the Russian Federation, Alexander Dmitrievich Beglov has 760,000 armed people. If Beglov gives an order, they all will be able to go to the Ukraine,” said the ataman.
But, noted Vodolatsky, such assistance may be available only if Zaporozhye Cossacks ask for help the Russian Cossacks, reports the “Trud” newspaper.
