Head of Kiev City Administration requested the parliament to unseat Gritsenko
A newly registered document in the local parliament proposes early termination of parliamentary seat of People’s Deputy Anatoly Gritsenko.
The document No. 4047 dated January 29 was registered by People’s Deputy Vladimir Makeenko, recently appointed as the head of Kiev City Administration.
“To terminate the powers of the People’s Deputy Anatoly Stepanovich Gritsenko, elected on the national multi-mandate constituency, political party “Batkivschyna”, due to personal statement of resignation of deputy authority,” reads the draft.
On January 25, President Viktor Yanukovych appointed Vladimir Makeenko, People’s Deputy from the Party of Regions and the head of Procedural Committee, as the head of Kyiv City Administration.
