The Ministry of Foreign Affairs asks the Ukrainians to refrain from trips to Thailand and Bangladesh
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends the Ukrainians to refrain from traveling to Bangladesh and Thailand; to those citizens, who already are in the specified countries, the Ministry suggests limiting moving around their territories.
As stated at the website of the Ministry, it is better to refrain from going to Bangladesh due to numerous disorders and outbursts of violence, caused by domestic-policy crisis in the country.
Although this is not the first time the Ministry of Foreign Affairs asks to refrain from traveling to Thailand, it was necessary to repeat the warning due to development of the internal political situation. Due to mass street protests the state of emergency in Bangkok and the provinces of Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan and Pathum Thani has been extended to March 1, 2014.
Those Ukrainians, who already are at the territory of the specified countries, are advised to avoid visiting the places of mass congregation o people, participating in protest actions and demonstrations, taking unauthorized photos and videos, and also not to argue about the political situation with the locals.
