Ukraine rating climbs back from “negative” to “stable”

International rating agency Standard & Poor’s raised the outlook on Ukraine’s rating from “negative” to “stable”, reports the Department of Information and Communication of the Cabinet.

The report states that the rating increased thanks to the loan provided to Ukraine by Russia. Now the agency can improve the country’s credit ratings, which fell in early November.
