The Dutch set to buy a juice plant in Ukraine, the Singaporeans – an elevator
Dutch company Continental Fruit BV received approval of Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee to acquire a stake in Ukrainian company engaged in apple juice production.
The permission has been granted to acquire the stake in Bukofrut company (Mamaivtsi village, Chernivtsi region), reports the Antimonopoly watchdog. Bukofrut is co-owned by Redcast Holding Limited (Cyprus) and Dinter Ukraine (Kiev).
Another Ukrainian company is selling a portion of the elevator – the Antimonopoly Committee permitted Singapore-based DelMar Pte Ltd to acquire a stake in Berezovsky elevator (Odessa region).
