Italians are asked to refrain from trips to Ukraine
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy has issued an official statement, recommending the citizens of Italy to refrain from trips to Ukraine because of the occupation of the country by the protesters.
“Mass rallies and protest activities continue for more than three weeks in Kiev and in other cities and towns of the Western Ukraine. The new protests are planned in the nearest time. The center of the capital and a number of squares remain occupied by the protesters; this situation seriously hampers the traffic,” is stated in the message.
“Taking into consideration the current situation in the country, as well as recent events in the state policy of the country, in particular, the recent incidents, it is suggested to refrain for some time from the trips to Kiev, as well as to the Western cities and towns of Ukraine, which are the most affected by the protests,” is informed in the document.
