Yanukovych hired Chmir
A new vacancy — the deputy head — appeared in the Administration of the President of Ukraine.
New position has not been vacant for long: Yury Chmir, the chairman of Sumy Regional State Administration, who lost his governor’s chair upon taking the new position, became the deputy head of the Administration of the President.
The decrees of dismissal and nomination of Chmir are posted at the website of the President.
Yury Chmir will take care of two departments in the Presidential Administration: of humanitarian development and on the communication issues. He will also need to work closely with nongovernmental organizations
