Yanukovych sacked 24 heads of district administrations
On December 16 the President Viktor Yanukovych dismissed 24 heads of district state administrations (DSA) — relevant instructions are available on the official website of the President. Since the data are being constantly updated, it is likely to be an intermediary figure.
In particular, those dismissed include heads of Sevastopol’s Gagarinskaya DSA, Koryukovskaya DSA (Chernigov region), Kitsmanskaya DSA (Chernovtsi region), Kozivskaya, Sborovskaya, Berezhanskaya DSA (Ternopol region), Burinskaya DSA (Sumy region), Rivnenskaya, Dubenskaya DSA (Rovne region).
Also dismissed are the heads of Pechersk District Administration in Kiev, Ovidiopol DSA, (Odessa region), Milovskaya DSA (Nykolaev region), Pustomitevskaya DSA (Lvov region), Ulyanovskaya and Novomirgorodskaya DSA (Kirovograd region), Tlumatskaya, Kosovskaya, Gorodenkovskaya, Galitskaya, Bohorodchany and Tysmenytskaya DSA (Ivano-Frankovsk region).
In Zaporozhye region the President sacked the heads of Novonikolaevskaya, Michailovskaya and Kuibyshevskaya DSA.
