The police detained the miner of the railway stations and airports of the capital
The police identified the person, who had reported alleged minings of the airport Borispol, Kiev (Zhulhany) airport and the railway station Kiev-Passenger.
The press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MVD) reported that the miner turned out to be a 34-year-old unemployed resident of the capital.
The man confessed to the fact that he made false report about placing the explosives at the stations of Kiev.
"A criminal case was initiated on this fact in accordance with the part 1 of the article 259 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - an admittedly false message about the threat to the security of the people, about the destruction or damage of the objects of the property. The pretrial investigation is ongoing," is stated in the message of the MVD.
Let us remind that on December 11 the police evacuated people from the buildings of the Central and Southern Kiev railway stations, as well as from the airports Borispol and Kiev in connection with an anonymous message about the mining. Later it appeared that the message turned out to be false.
